24 Hour Tire Repair
We all know just how vital the tires on our wheels are. They are what allow us to move safely and smoothly along the road, getting us to where we need to be. But your tires are also one of the parts of your car, that are most likely to get damaged. There are so many ways your tire could pick up a puncture or a tear, but they are all going to leave the tire unusable. In that circumstance, you are going to have to get it repaired. Tire trouble can happen anywhere at all, at any time of day. And, whilst you can’t always prepare for when and where it is going to happen, you should know who to call, just in case. At San Diego's Best Towing Co., we can offer a full range of 24 hour tire repair services, 7 days a week. So, the next time you need help with your tires, you know you can count on us.
Quick and easy, if you have noticed your tire has a puncture, plugging it would sort the problem out right away. For smaller punctures, which are simply shaped, plugging is going to be the ideal method of repairs. We use a premium plugging material, made out of leather and a rubber adhesive, so it is able to last you a suitable amount of time. As you drive on the new plug and your tires are able to heat up, the adhesive will harden and create a nearly permanent seal.
For other types of puncture, perhaps ones which are larger or more irregularly shaped, the best type of repair is going to be a tire patch. Again, made from a rubber adhesive material, the patch will be able to be placed right over the top of the hole. To make sure it is going to be as effective as it possibly can, we will remove your tire from your car and make sure we apply the patch with precision. Doing this, we can assure you that the fix will work properly and allow you to continue normally, with your journey.
Tire Combination Repair
Sometimes, there is no better choice you could make, than getting a combination of the two. By plugging the hole and then sealing over the top of it, with a patch, you can take advantage of the maximum level of repairs. This type will be long-lasting and very secure, no doubt allowing you many more adventurous journeys, without the issue reappearing.
If the puncture is too great or you have in fact slashed your tires, it is not going to be worth applying one of our usual repair methods. Instead, to ensure you are still getting the most from your vehicle, it may be wiser to change the tire. If you already have a spare then we would be happy to change it for you. If not, please let us know the make and model of your car, and we will happily find you the right replacement.
